Carli is a passionate and dedicated coach, committed to helping athletes of all levels reach their personal goals. With a coaching style that adapts to the age, skill level, and competitive aspirations of each athlete, she ensures that every individual receives personalized attention and guidance.
With a strong focus on injury prevention and long-term athletic development, Carli integrates her extensive knowledge as a Physiotherapist into her training programs. She is deeply invested in educating her athletes—regardless of age—on the "why" and "how" behind their training, empowering them to understand their bodies, optimize performance, and reduce the risk of injury.
Carli's diverse coaching background includes an Advanced Multi-Sport Coach Certification, a Master’s in Physiotherapy, an Undergraduate Degree in Physical Literacy, and first-hand experience as a National-Level Triathlete. This combination of education, practical expertise, and personal experience allows her to guide athletes toward achieving their fullest potential.

If I could host a triathlon anywhere in the world and add a unique twist to it, I would host it in Switzerland! Lake swim, bike and run up a mountain and ski race down to the finish line!!
What’s the one snack you always bring to race day?
A race day snack I could never go without was a bagel with nutella!
If you could invent a new sport that mixes triathlon with something totally unexpected, what would it be?
If I could invent a new sport that combines triathlon with something unexpected, what would it be to substitute the road bike for a pump track bike race between the swim and run!
