Would you like to know a bit more about Ella? Check out her take on three personal questions!

What’s your favorite way to celebrate with the team after a big race?

I always bring Go-Go Squeezes to race day/practices, basically everywhere  They are super quick to eat and give you a little boost of energy!

IF you could choose a SUPERHERO to join our coaching team, who would it be and why?

I would invite the Frozone to our coaching team, so we can practice outside all year and he would adapt everyone to the cold weather in Calgary. Frozone also shows up for everyone exactly when he is needed, which would be a strong trait in our coaching team.

If your coaching style had a mascot, what animal would it be and why?

I would pick an eagle! Eagles symbolize vision, strength and determination, which aligns with my approach. I strive to better my athletes and help them see the bigger picture and set ambitious goals. Plus they are known for their fierce focus and resilience qualities, plus eagles are awesome!
